Elena is our Program Manager and overall leader. Her 20+ years of business acumen are paramount to our success, starting with her establishing the Canadian Computer Education College in the late 1990's. From there, she started Futuretek Recruiting, and our brand was born. Through Elena, Futuretek has repeatedly been a top 1% company in Canada, making her one of Toronto's strongest entrepreneurial forces to date. The odd time Elena isn't working, you can find her playing squash or watching Buccaneers Football.

Marco is our Program Manager and his passion for helping people succeed is matched only by his teams. He has nearly half a decade of experience as a Recruiter, all with Futuretek, and in that time he has been the main push during a rebrand, two moves, and expansion into the United States. In his free time you can catch Marco at a gym or watching Celtics Basketball or Patriots Football.
